VGTI of Florida is a three-story 100,000 square foot research facility. The completion of this project meant the Owner could focus on developing new vaccines and treatments to fight diseases as such as HIV/AIDS, TB, melanoma, breast cancer and prostate cancer, as well as emerging diseases such as yellow fever and dengue fever. In total, Modern Plumbing installed 10 different plumbing and gas systems that took nearly 1000 hours of coordination and 3D BIM modeling and 20,000 man hours for installation. The project is projected to achieve either LEED Silver or Gold by the USGBC, and we are proud of the finished product!
