The Pointe Orlando Resort

This retail center, that features some of the best shopping and eating Orlando has to offer, is located at a large tourist area on International Drive. The center underwent a complete refurbishment that included the entire storm, sanitary and domestic water piping. The center remained open during construction and created many challenges due to space confinement. The project was done in phases to allow some tenants to remain open for business.

  • Redesign of grease traps for all restaurants allowing them to fit in service courtyard
